TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELATION POLICY


   Overnight Care

  • A reservation canceled 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

 

  • Reservations canceled within 7 days from the date of reservation will receive a 50% refund.

 

  • No refunds for reservations canceled within 3 days of arrival date.

 

 

   Doggie Daycare

  • A reservation canceled 1 week or more in advance will receive a full refund minus a $5 cancellation fee.

 

  • Reservations canceled less than 1 week in advance will receive a 50% refund.

 

 

   Grooming

  • 3 No call/No Shows will result in refusal of future services.

   Classes

  • Classes are Nonrefundable.  Monies may be used for any other class(es).

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The BowWow Bungalow LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

 

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required at time of overnight booking.  BALANCE DUE AT DROP OFF FOR ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS.  Daycare payments are required in advance  and may be required when booked.  Tipping is not necessary but appreciated.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you are happy with our service, please tell your friends.  If you are unhappy with our service, please notify us.  Notifications after 3 days cannot be guaranteed causal of service.

VACCINATIONS
Fully vetted pets preferred.

BREED SPECIFIC REFUSAL
The BowWow Bungalow LLC does not accept Chow Chow, Siberian Husky or Sharpei Breeds.  Mixes of these breeds will be decided on a case by case basis.

PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
Pre-existing conditions are not covered by The BowWow Bungalow LLC's liability insurance.  You agree to hold The BowWow Bungalow LLC harmless arising out of pre-existing conditions that may arise during said stay or services.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL
The BowWow Bungalow LLC will make every effort to contact you should a medical emergency arise. In the event you cannot be reached, you authorize The BowWow Bungalow LLC to seek medically necessary stabilizing treatment. You agree to pay 100% of the fees associated with any medically necessary treatment obtained.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Upon booking services you agree The BowWow Bungalow LCC is able to take, display and publish photos of your pet(s).
